The diary game 7/2/25 / Inspired, uplifted and empowered; My NSPPD Nigeria prayer conference story.
It was a beautiful Friday morning, I woke up with anticipation as my heart pulsated with holy excited. The D-day had finally arrived.
It’s the day for the annual NSPPD prayer conference. Many of us may not have heard about NSPPD. NSPPD is the biggest and the largest online prayer network in the world today. Goggle about it and you would see the statistics. The online prayers happens 7am Nigerian time every Monday to Friday.
Well 7/2/25 would remain a day to remember for me for the rest of my life. It’s the first time NSPPD prayer conference was going to be held in Nigeria and I was not prepared to miss it for any reason. I am a proud NSPPDian and it has been of immense blessing to me. The testimonies are mind blowing.

Well am here to tell you all about the day as the conference unfolded. I woke up early and had my prayers and also joined the online prayers .I was a volunteer for the conference and we were to be early at the conference ground by 11am to meet with the conveners and help arrange things for the success of the meeting.
I left my house around past 8am to the island part of Lagos state precisely Tafawa Belewa square. The journey was smooth and not hectic. We arrived the square by past 10 am and the crowds was already gathering. For a meeting stipulated for 9pm, there were already over three thousand people present when we arrived.

It was my first time in TBS (Tafawa Belewa Sqauare). I took some pictures of the entrance of the square and around. We had to stay in a queue to get the volunteer T-shirts we were to use for the meeting. It was actually a very long queue.
By the time I got my Tshirt, the conveyer Pst Jerry Eze arrived and prayed for the volunteers and we were divided into our various sections. I volunteered for the medicals team. There were volunteers for protocol, ushering too.

We were briefly prayed for, addressed and divided into teams of doctors, nurses, paramedics, pharmacists and technicians. I joined the technicians and the meeting lingered till past 3pm.
I was hungry. I had taken some food to the conference ground. I looked for a corner and ate my spaghetti and stew. Then I laid down to rest.
The more time passed by, the more people arrived at the conference ground.
Music played at the background and Intermittently announcements were made to the audience while we awaited the time. I laid down at a corner where I could be receiving fresh air. I choose the left wing of the stadium and stayed at a vantage point from where I would witness every single thing happening on ground.

Some of my friends came to the meeting, I didn’t even know they were going to make it. It was a time of reunion. We were happy to see each other and she patiently waited.
Soonest it was time. By 9pm the square was jammed to the teeth. Everywhere was filled with human beings from one end of the square to the other. The three story wings of TBS was filled to the brim. Human beings were littered everywhere. The atmosphere was electrifying.

The meeting started with a worship session. It was a time to be grateful to God for the gift of life. We sang and lifted up our hands in worship. From there we proceeded to the praise session, we danced and danced. It was a moment of over flowing joy.
Then came the testimony session. There was different mind blowing testimony from people who have been miraculously healed of different ailments, divine visitations and breakthroughs. Miracles still happens today. The supernatural is not lost at all.
A praise section on the conference
The praise and worship sessions were intermittently taken alongside with sessions of prayers. I prayed with my entire heart. Many special celebrity guests artists also graced the occasion like Mercy Chinwo, Nathaniel Bassey, Mr M and revelation and many dignitaries from around the country including the governor of Edo state.
After all the series of worship, praise, testimonies and prayers, the convened came up and led the people in a hot prayer sessions and after that, he began to pray for the sick people. It was a beautiful moment to God’s glory as many people received their healing.
Miraculous healings
Right before me, I saw people who came in with paralyzed folks begin to walk, deaf ears were unstopped, pains disappeared, breast lumps vanished. The sound and echoes of joy rang out through the entire congregation. Indeed what God cannot do, does not exist.
I was a refreshing day for me. I was richly blessed. I saw the hand and power of God at work in our generation again. People talk about fake pastors and all the atrocities they do. It’s relieving to know that there are still genuine men of God who carry the power of God to heal a generation.
The meeting ended by past 4am. We waited till 5am before heading home. It was a day worth remembering. I was glad I went for this conference. My life would never be the same again for what God cannot do does not exist.
