Steemit Engagement Challenge, S9W6: "Men Vs Women"

I hope you all are well and safe by the grace of Almighty. Today I am going to participate in a Steemit Engagement Challenge titled, S9W6: "Men Vs Women" in “Steem for Ladies” community.
Now I am going to present my opinion according to the questions on this topic.
Having fun basically depends on the nature of human behavior. Some people are extroverts, and some people are introverts. But here, society is also a big issue. Meaning, getting more freedom from society is a great opportunity to enjoy life. It is different from place to place and country to country. But judging from all aspects, I think men have more freedom from society in their movement and have more fun.
As cooking is an art, it takes lots of practice and experience to become skilled at it. I think, in this sector, men and women both are equal. But there is a difference in acknowledgement. Almost in every country in the world, women do household cooking more than men. Here, women play a vital role in ensuring the best nutrients for their families. This role is very important for any healthy society to create a better world. But it is not highlighted much. On the other hand, in the financial sector, men have a better position as chefs than women. Though the number of female chefs increases day by day.
To be the best in competition depends on one's competency and strategy. Generally, women have a more systematic and planned nature than men, which helps them to do well in competition. So, from my point of view, considering maintaining home and outside responsibilities, women are the best in competition. Considering all countries' rituals, we can see that, from a very early age, girls have to do more household duties and chores than boys, but they have a good position in their studies. Similarly, for qualifying for a job and finding employment, women have to fight to get a better position than men. Because they have to maintain both their family and their job.
Leadership is a quality that depends on human personality. When we heard the word "leadership," we usually thought of a person with a strong character and profound forecasting power. According to the text we have read, there are many kinds of leadership. But it is different in implementation from one organization to another in its conformation and manner. In this case, men are better than women at strongly leading any organization.
Men can easily implement their freedom and time in this sector better than women. Besides, men are more willing than women to fight and deal with complex, conflicted, and violent situations.
But that does not mean women are not better for it. Women with strong personalities have proven and are proving their competency in many challenging sectors.
Here is another important issue that needs to be described: according to social custom, a man has more opportunities than a woman. Women cannot show much eagerness because of family issues and safety.
Giving birth and raising a child is a big challenge for her. Similarly, in general, society judges that a mother should play a vital role in her child's development. At least for the next 15 years after giving birth, she has to be more careful about her child's development. Besides this, it is also thought that a woman is best at taking care of the elderly in her family.
As Napoleon Bonaparte said, "Give me an educated mother, and I shall promise you the birth of a civilized, educated nation." So, I think women are good leaders indirectly through their flexible leadership qualities. And family is such an organization that is the root of all organizations. Here, women contribute more to the formation of a healthy family and society.
I think love has such power and attraction that it cannot be avoided by anyone. It is a divine feeling. Man and woman fall in love equally. But in terms of expressing it, women take more time to protect their safety and their image. On the other hand, as all men are very aware of women's nature, they try to prove it to them as true and offer their love first.
