The Diary Game #63 : Share Your Day With Us!

What’s up my beautiful people. I’ve been up and doing other projects which isn’t making me spare time for my online lifestyle and my readers also.
I woke up very early yesterday morning because I was so happy. Yesterday isn’t an ordinary day but a day to celebrate in my family as my father has spent twenty loyal years as a worker of Cadbury Nigeria Plc.
We woke up yesterday morning without doing any home chores. Immediately, everyone got to their bathrooms and took their bath.
After then, I had bread and tea as breakfast before I started my make up.

There was no time for me to start taking pictures of the before and after makeup so I did what I could do and we all left home. I guess everyone had to wait for me because I’m very slow.
As soon as we stepped into Cadbury Nigeria Plc, I decided to take a picture before going to the hall where we’d be having the party.

We stepped forward to the hall and I was wowed. I started seeing a lot of people come in with their dresses but I felt I was the best dressed so I had to take a walk out because I wanted everyone to see what I was wearing. Eventually, the main even started and we all got seated.
The master of ceremony gave it his best in cracking jokes and making us get along with the event while the band did a great job as well.

At some point, I wasn’t feeling the event anymore. I was very hungry because I only took bread and tea from the house and truly, I need more food. I was about texting my boyfriend that there was no food given to us yet and I began to see some foods rolling in. I was very happy. I had to clear my table again so that the servers would know that I was fully ready to eat.
I only expected myself to eat one kind of meal yesterday but by the time they began to bring all those meals, I could not resist. Let’s take a look at some of the meals I ate yesterday.

It was fun eating and eating. Most times, I won’t be done with the food I’m eating and they will bring another one. I could not resist and that’s the kind of party I always want to attend.
Finally, my dad was called to collect his award. We danced to the stage to collect the award and some of his friends danced along with us.
I took a picture of the award and when we were on the stage. Let’s have them.

The party was going well until we heard a bad news. My mum’s friend called to pass a sad news to my mum that she had just lost her husband. My body became very calm. I didn’t expect it. I was sad because the man has been ill for sometime now and they have spent a lot of money. That ruined our moods and we left the venue.
We got home first to change our dresses so we can go to console our mum’s friend.
Finally, we got settled back into the house by 9:00 pm and we ate junk foods to bed.
