We all are familiar with Orange. Orange is a citrus fruit. Orange is known for sweet taste , highly vitamin C and juiceness. Being a native of Pakistan, Pakistan exports oranges every year in large amount. This community is specially for ladies. So , I choose orange because it is essential for women's health. Vitamin C is linked to reduce a risk of breast cancer and it helps to regulate harmone levels in women. It is important for folate sources and this nutrient is essential for a healthy pregnancy. That's all about from my side.
