First I hear of this coin, the buy back is a great and genuine way to keep the price up but I think transparency and accountability can be functioning independently of price blockhain is a technology and clcryptocurrency is just one of the applications that in can support
Accountability can be executed independently, but tracable on-chain buy-backs add provability.
