It's been quite a stressful week for me. A week filled with activities. Lots of writings, marking, teaching and many other activities.

I looked forward to the weekend and now that it's here, it's not even looking like a weekend to me.
I woke up very early same time I wake up when going to work. I had lots of writings to do to meet up with some deadlines. The weekend gives me a few time to concentrate on research work and have time for myself. The most productive period of the day for me is in the early hours of the morning. I was on the write-up until 7. Saturday and/or Sunday mornings are laundry morning for me so I packed my clothes and got water then started washing. This I did for about an hour. After this, I took my bath and got something to eat.
I took tea( my normal morning routine). I took it
with egg this time.
After the breakfast, i headed to church today Sunday. Spent quite some time there. I got back home around 12:30pm. Relaxed a bit and then started marking test scripts, writing lesson notes and also proofreading a work I've been on for a while. I did that for about 3 hours. Got something to eat again.

The evening part of my day was quite a mixed one. Unexpectedly, the hinge of my laptop got broken as I tried to close it. This was not something I ever imagine could happen to me as I am a very careful person.

I am yet to ascertain the full extent of the damage and the cost to repair it until I take it to the engineer.
As moody as I was , I still had to go out to barb my hair as I do every two weeks. I also went to the supermarket to get some household stuff. I got home around 7:30pm. Took my bath and ate. I'm trying to relax as much as possible tonight because work starts tomorrow.
Still waiting to speak with my girl tonight before going to bed.
My day wasn't quite eventful but it was a tough day for me. With its ups and downs, I still feel very grateful to have witnessed it and survived it
