I woke up on Sunday 13th December 2020, by 5am Nigeria time.

It was our thanksgiving service and i was so excited. Though 2020 came with lots of surprising packages, yet i have a lot to thank God for.

I quickly had my bath, dressed up and got on my way to Church by past 6am.

First service was to start by 7am and i never wanted to miss it. I was glad to get to Church few minutes past 7am. I joined the worship section with the praise team.

Not quite long, the second service started, which is for everyone. Basically, first service is always workers service.

In the first service, my Pastor ministered on worship. He he opened our eyes to so many things about worship. First God deserves to be worshipped, no matter the circumstances you find yourself.

He said Worship means to recognise that God is God and we live to worship him.
So we worship God for whom he is, for what he has done and for what he is yet to do.

Not quite long, first service ended. And second service started immediately by 8am.

The second Service was graced with worship, praise and word section. It was a glorious moment in God's presence. I danced and worshipped to Glory of God my Father, the King.

After the praise section, my Pastor ministered in the second service.

MESSAGE REVIEW

Pastor spoke on 'The 3 Most Important Things Christ Accomplished For Us On The Cross'.

The death of Christ brought about our justification, our sanctification and our healing.
When Christ died we died with him (Gal. 2:20) and we were raised with him.

To be justified means to be declared righteous. We were justified by faith. (Romans 3:28 (KJV) Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.)
The death of Christ justified us and made us free, not by works but by faith.

Sanctification means to be separated for God. To be made holy by the Spirit of Holiness. We have been made holy, not by our works, but by faith in the finished work of Christ on the cross. Every believer has the Holy Spirit living in him, when you allow him, he will express this holy nature freely through you.

Our healing was taking care of through the death of Christ. (1 Peter 2:24
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.)
But to see what God accomplished for us in Christ, then declare it to yourself and believe it.

The message went on and on and on.

Second service finally ended by 10:30am with the praise team ministering a special ministration.

After the service, there was a special section for thanksgiving service. Everyone danced and gave thanks and presented our different gifts in gratitude to God's mercy and faithfulness.

Everything rounded off by 11:30am. After which we had workers meeting. Which ended by past 12:30pm.

We had moments of exchanging pleasantries with others. On the process, @splendour33 met me and asked me some confusing questions he had as regards steemit. I was able to clear him.

While stepping out to go home, i met @harrygwec, she also asked some questions as regards where to start from again, as regards steemit. She left for a long while now, and wants yo start all over again, but doesn't know how. So i cleared her in some aspects and told her the current contests she can participate in at least for a start.

After few discussions, we had a shot.

After the selfie, we all dispatched to our various destinations.

I boarded a bus back home. I got to the house by past 4pm. My goodness such a hectic weekend.

I quickly went got some stuffs and prepared launch and ate. After eating, i had my bath and went to bed directly to sleep for a while.

I woke up by past 7pm, i went online and replied some messages and was still tired in doing some stuffs. So i had to eat again, and had my final shower, then retired for the day.

This was how i spent my Sunday, 13th December 2020.
