Another fresh week, another fresh contest. Goodmorning dear friends and welcome to our contest for the week. We hope you are doing fine. This weeks contest will be as interesting as the one of last week. First of all, we say a big thank you to everyone that participated in our contest for last week. We are going through your entries and will soon announce the winners. Meanwhile, we have to keep you busy by announcing a fresh contest for this week. Our contest for this week is called WriteTribe. Here are the details.

This Week's Contest: WriteTribe!

WriteTribe is a 5 day writing challenge, with an extra day to help you in case you did not meet up. In this writing challenge, we will show you a total of 7 topics and you are to choose from 5 of them.

What you need to do

Below are 7 topics which you can write on. You are expected to write on at least 5 of these topics. If you can write more than 5, thats beautiful.

• Topic 1: Aptitude - My top 5 most frequently used apps

What you need to do: Write about 5 apps that are most useful to you. You use them more than others. It could be a banking app, crypto app, a game, social media app. Your information can include when you started using the app, at least 1 feature of each app you love, how often you use it, any alternative to this app? Demonstrate how you use at least one of the apps with screenshots.

Note: Utility apps like calculator, camera, phone book or calendar should not be included.

• Topic 2: Local business Review: Write in detail about a business in your city

What you need to do: We want you to review a local business in your city. Tell us their address (What3words coordinates needed). Review at least 4 product they sell. Details should include the price, and some features of the products. Rate the business using any 4 criteria like Location, Customer care, Pricing, Environment, etc. Click here to see a sample.

• Topic 3: Your food can kill you - Eat right to stay alive!

What you need to do: Research and write about unhealthy foods that should be avoided. Tell us specific harmful effects of some foods to be avoided. What is balanced diet, why is it important? What foods can be considered healthy and part of a balanced diet? These are ideas that will make your post rich. Include a picture of one of your healthy meals, and any other details.

• Topic 4: How much I need to run a week - Here is my budget

What you need to do: We want you to write a budget for the week. It has to be real. Let us see what you spend money on. Your budget should be presented day by day. It should include money for food, transportation, medicine, energy (fuel for generator), Utilities (like data, recharge card, Electricity, etc), and other things. Show us the total for each day, and the grand total for each week. Include the steem equivalent of each figures.

• Topic 5: How to prepare a local delicious Meal

What you need to do: Write a step by step tutorial on how to make a delicious meal. Be detailed. Include the ingredients, the procedures, and other details. Why do you love this meal? How much do you need to prepare it? Take a selfie with your meal.

• Topic 6: My Town in 10 Pictures - Explore a local Market

What you need to do: Capture a total of 10 pictures of different shops/goods inside a market in your city. Write some description under each image of what the goods or shops is all about. Clear original images are needed. Include location corrdinates.

• Topic 7: Steem Promotion - How i recruited and Mentored a Newbie

What you need to do: You need to recruit and mentor at least one newbie to write on this topic. How did you promote steem to the newbie? What was their initial reaction? How did you convince them. How many posts have they written? What are your promotion methods and challenges? Include a selfie of you and your recruit.

How winners are selected

• Quality is King: Be detailed. 350 words is the minimum, but you can do much more.
• Number of quality Comments: Try to make at least 20 comments.
• Formatting: Justify alignment and centered headings make your work neat.
• Originality: You will automatically be disqualified if you are found plagiarizing.
