Hello SteemALive community, welcome to our contest for this week. We do not miss it every Monday. Our last week contest is over and we will send the prizes to our winners after now. This week, our contest would be so so special because its something personal. You wont like to miss it. The Title of the contest is Sucker Punch. Here are the details.

The contest - Sucker Punch!

Literally, Sucker Punch means a sudden punch, usually a hard one that throws you off balance. Alright with that idea in mind, you probably know what this contest is all about. All of us face various life challenges and struggles. Some are small, some are huge. Some last for a short while, others are chronic. When we wake up in the morning and put on a nice cloth while leaving the house, many of our friends and neighbors wont know what we are battling inside. So its time to open up, and probably reach out for some help. Through this contest, we want to know what is eating you up.

Sucker Punch - what we want you to do

So in this contest, we want you to tell us the top 3 challenges, problems or struggles you are currently facing. Do not be ashamed to open up. All of us battle with one challenge or two. Speaking out is a great way to reach out for help.

Write in detail about top 3 life challenges facing you right now. For each challenge or Problem, you can include details like

• How did it begin?
• For how long have you been through this challenge?
• What difficulties have this particular problem caused you/ your family
• What have you done to solve it or cope?
• At the end, include the type of help you can appreciate for the 3 challenges mentioned above?
