Introduction

Recruitment and promotion is what SteemALive is known for and we do not stop doing it although the season we are in is a period where people are resting. Regardless, our promoters are still active where ever they are, recruiting new people, mentoring and supporting them as they take their first few steps on the platform. So through this tracker we get to meet those newbies and make sure they receive further support. This post will be used to track the activity from today 27th day of December 2021 till Sunday the 2nd day of January 2022.

Important Reasons to Track Newbies

• To Welcome them Officially: We want to officially make newbies have a sense of belonging as they join us. As we use this post to know who came through our efforts, its easier to identify them and make them feel at home.

• Organized way for Admins to support Newbies: Several people make introduction and other achievement posts. Our community admin wants to give special support to SteemAlive recruits. So through this post, we are able to give support to newbies that joined through our promotional activities.

• Record Keeping: At the end of the week, we will count how many newbies that joined Steemit through SteemAlive. This post again helps us keep track of that.

How To do it

This tracker will be used strictly by SteemAlive Promoters club volunteers, state representatives and team coordinators. The links will be dropped in the comment section of this post by verified promoters. We will not attend to any random links dropped by other people. When dropping a link, the Promoter must include this two vital information:

• Recruiter username
• Date of achievement
• Link of achievement

Admin will always come to check this post for updates. We will try to support our new members.

Note: We will use this post to also track other achievement posts besides achievement 1. So our promoters are free to also drop unverified achievement posts so that we can can see how to link them to the greeters in Newcomers Community for a more efficient and faster verification
