Introduction

SteemALive a community that is into Steem Promotion full-time. We engage in various promotion campaigns and recruit many new users. This post will be used to track the number of newbies that we are able to recruit this week. It will help us in many ways as we will explain later in this publication.

Important Reasons to Track Newbies

• To Welcome them Officially: As the new people arrive, we welcome them officially. We announce them in our Telegram and other group chats so that they understand how the community is run. When new people are welcomed in this way, they have a sense of belonging and they are eager to do more as new people.

• Organized way for Admins to support Newbies: When a new user is recruited by anyone in the community, we will be able to identify the newbie and offer support. This another importance of this post. To keep track of newcomers that join us.

• *Record Keeping: At the end of each week, we are able to see the number of new users recruited and monitor their level of progress thus far. We will also be able to offer support such as through mentorship and other ways. Having this record is an effective way to keep track of our progress as a promotion community

How To do it

This tracker will be used strictly by verified members of SteemAlive community. The links of newbies your recruited within this week, will be dropped in the comment section of this post by verified member that recruited the new user. We will not attend to any random links dropped by other people. When dropping a link, the Promoter must include this two vital information:

• Recruiter username
• Date of achievement 1 post
• Link of achievement 1 post

Admin will always come to check this post for updates. We will try to support our new members.

Note: After making an introduction post, Promoters should insure that their recruits should make a diary post in the next few days and publish it in our community. That post should be set 100% to @steemalive and all4one tag should be used. They need to join our curation trail as well so that we can verify the newbies. In this way, we are able to support them to grow.

Conclusion

Everyone in SteemAlive community is a Steem Promoter. Wherever you find yourself, talk about steemit. Talk to your friends, classmates, schoolsmates, fellow employees, Doctor, nurse, customer, etc. Give them a flier and encourage them to sign up. In this way, we grow.
