Introduction
Take a moment and imagine the possibility of you doing anything without your brain. Nothing right?
Our brain is responsible for everything that we do, before anything can be done it must be conceived in our minds in which it's the sole responsibility of our brain.
The same can be said of loyalty if one is to conclude that "What You Can Get With Loyalty You Can Not Get By Labor"
nothing is more noble, nothing more venerable >than loyalty".

Let us understand what the terms Loyalty and Labour are.
Loyalty
The state of commitment, allegiance, dedication. It is the act of binding oneself "intellectually or emotionally" to a course of action.
Labour
Productive work, physical work. It can also be referred to as hard work.
For one to embark on any labor there must be a reason for it, and so the idea that determines what we do or the way we act is shaped by our state of mind which in this case is Loyalty to the desired course of action.
It will be very difficult to direct your effort towards achieving any goal without first understanding what it is and how beneficial it will be to you as an individual. For instance, An individual can not labor or work effectively in a results-driven environment without sharing the core beliefs and values of the group or organization.
As humans, we usually run towards things that are pleasing to us and, we run away from things that bring us pain. Therefore it is the idea that the reward will be pleasing at the end of labor or hard work that determines the level at which one can endure the process of labor. This usually will enable individuals to dedicate themselves by repeating the process over and over again. thereby becoming loyal to the process.
While loyalty is hedged on psychology and individual mental process labor is biological, it is more of hard work, hence labor is a manifestation of loyalty which is directing your actions towards achieving that which you are loyal to.
If you are not loyal to anything that you set your mind to achieve you are making your life harder and your chances of getting anything or being successful in any way is very slim. Being loyal is a key contributor to labor at an efficient and effective level.
