Welcome to yet another chapter of my diary, today I will be discussing with us how I spent my day being Saturday the 18th day of July 2021. Please stay turn as I carry you on a journey on how my day went.

I woke up as early as 5:30am because it is Saturday and a whole lots of activity is pied up every Saturday and this Saturday is not any exception. I said my morning devotion pray and then decided to horribly clean up the entire room. This whole work took about 1hour 30 minutes. When I was done with the clean up I horribly took my bath.

In the Nigerian setting most people get married on Saturday but in this Saturday we had ordination of deacons in the catholic diocese of Jalingo. Sincerely this occasion is once in a life time program. This seminarians who have studied for about 9 years now are to be finally presented to the people as their upcoming priest in a year time. Now the occasion is always filled with lots of crowed because a lot of question are asked as regarding the person to be ordained deacon and if he is found wanting he will be stepped down until a proper investigation is made.

This very Saturday the program started as early as 10:00am and it lasted till about 4:00pm then we went straight to the reception section where a whole lots were given to us to eat and drink. The reception was on till about 8:00pm before the closing prayer was done then I returned home and since I was very exhausted I just took my bath and then I hurriedly went to bed. That is the reason why I was unable to report my diary yesterday.
