Good day my fellow steemians, am here again to tell you little abour my day. Pls stay turn to read it.

Dear diary.
I woke up this morning having some strange feels but I couldn't figure it out, though I prayed over it before I stepped out from the house. For over a week now the city Abuja Nigeria has become hot. Protesters everywhere. The youth of the country are angry over the situation happening in the country, so that makes them to fallout to speak and cry for help.
I gotten to the office, I heard some protesters are in a particular roads that lead to many towns. Meanwhile have planned to see invite a friends and also to submit a file in High Court Abuja. I couldn't go against because of what I heard that is happening there.
Later in the day, I checked update based on things happening in my country and the world globally. We have to close before the closing time because if the issues on ground. Meanwhile, before I left my office, I received a call for my mum telling me the situations ground, that I need to start coming back home, that the roads to my house are blocked. Left my office immediately, but I was unfortunate to get car going my area, I waited over 30mins yet no car, till I finally got one. Reaching at the City gate of Abuja the roads were blocked. Vehicles can't move, people trekking down to their various destinations. I had no other choice than to join others in trekking. As I was trekking I saw my neighbor I joined them and I took some protesters picture.

It wasn't an easy journey for me. I left my office from 5:30 and I reached my house 11:30am due to the road that was blocked. Lol I enjoyed it because the Protesters are for peace, I even protest with them, a lot of fun happened, guys drinking and dance, I walk home freely no fear. Reaching home was so tired, my family had gone to bed expect my mum who was waiting for me. I took my bath and had my dinner then gisted little with mum before my bed started calling me then I answered hahahahahaha. That's was how my days came to pass.

Stay safe dear friend. It's quite a trying time in the nation Nigeria, especially in the cities of Lagos and Abuja. A lot has happened recently and we can't bet against more sad things happening. I got news that someone was hit by a stray bullet and died in Abuja. In Port Harcourt, another person took a bullet in his chest and walked into a hospital where he was refused treatment for carrying a gunshot wound. He later died and an angry mob burnt down the hospital.
We just have to stay safe wherever we are. Protests have been raging round the world for the past few months. Try as much as possible to stay safe. God be with you.

Because of the situation of my country today. I trekked protesters visit the road lead to my home and also lead to Airport, so they blocked every entrance for the politcians to miss their flight that night. So that makes me to trek down to my house from far distance, starting where the vehicle i entered from my office stopped down to my house.
