Hello my People. I have missed you guys. I am getting my goove back little by little...not to worry, we will continue to survive in this wonderful environment ok.
I decided to bring a sumptuous dish our way today. Let's see how I love my White Sauce.

Food is one great thing God gave to humanity. We have different types of food and meals depending on your taste and likes. Meals cut across races, countries, societies, indigenous to special delicacies. Every one has special foods and recipes...just as our faces are different, so our taste buds.

It happens that sometimes, we just wish to eat a special meal but in a different manner of preparation with different recipes. So, today, I will be teaching you how I made my Special White Sauce with Chicken. I know that you guys will learn and some will like to practice it. So, just relax and let me tilt your taste buds...😘

HOW TO PREPARE A WHITE SAUCE WITH CHICKEN.

♦️ Carrot
♦️ Green peas
♦️ Green beans
♦️ Kidney beans
♦️ Cabbage
♦️ Berry pepper
♦️ Onions - a bulb
♦️ Seasoning cubes
♦️ Salt
♦️Curry / Thyme
♦️ Chicken flavour
♦️ Corn flour ( thickner )
♦️ Vegetable oil
♦️ Boneless chicken
♦️ Cucumber ( for side placement)

PREPARATION PROPER

♣️ Wash all ingredients and slice to a desirable shapes and set aside.
♣️ Wash and cut the chicken in small small pieces (my choice). Put in a clean pot and season it well with Curry, thyme, salt and seasoning cube then, set on fire.
As it boils for 2minutes, add a little water. Allow to cook till you are sure the meat is done and soft.
♣️ Add at least a cup of water to the meat stock and allow to boil.
♣️ Melt the corn flour ( or ordinary baking flour) with small water; (small portion)...

♣️ Add it to the meat stock on the fire and stir. It will help in thickening the stock.
♣️ As it's boiling, put in all the veggies, one by one and stir.

♣️ After stirring, check its thickness.... Should be as you want but shouldn't be too thick. Also check if you need to add another seasoning cube and salt.
♣️If it's ok for you, then your sauce is ready.
NOTE: the water should not be too much. Just at same level with the veggies.

I use it to eat my white rice just as in the picture above after placing the cucumber and a separate pepper chicken on the plate. I enjoyed the food as I wanted.
