I believe hygiene is an age long activity. Even our forefathers practiced hygiene too. They use chewing stick to observe oral hygiene, they dump refuses at the farm or forest, they wash their clothes and practice virtually every act of cleanliness

If our forefathers could take good care of themselves back then what about us that technology has created a more improvised method of maintaining good hygiene??
