Introduction

Hey fam,good day to you all,hope your day went well.
I want to share mine with you guys,it was'nt really interesting though,a little boring you might add but then I did all I planned for today so I guess it went well for me.

Morning

I woke up quite late this morning, although I would blame it in the fact that I slept late. The heat was so much,I don't know if it was same on your side but it was like fire here. It was only at the early morning hours that the weather became cool that I was able to sleep. It made me wake up late and I was a little late in getting to meeting today. I just quickly washed up,ate breakfast and zoomed off .

Afternoon

Our Sunday meetings lasts for about 2 hours,but today I joined in the preaching work organised for today (I'm one of Jehovah's witnesses and we usually make arrangements to share in the evangelising work every Sunday). I really enjoyed participating and I also enjoyed the Bible talks I listened to today. One especially focused on the need for us to show loyal love just as God has shown to us.

We were able to learn from the examples of Ruth,Boaz and Naomi on practical ways we can display loyal love as well as the benefits we can derive from doing so such as bringing us closer to our family and friends and above all making our God Jehovah Happy.

I also enjoyed sharing in the preaching work,I spent most of my afternoon doing that and came home exhausted yet happy.

Evening

I came back home around past 2. Immediately I got home,the first things I settled were my hunger and thirst. We were served rice and Banga soup for lunch.
After my lunch,I rested for some time while gisting with my roommate. Then towards evening around 4,I started loosening my hair. I have been postponing doing so for a while now,so today I got serious and loosened the braids I had on. With the help of my friend,we finished up earlier than expected and as of some minutes to 6,we were done. I'm really glad she helped out else it would have taken days to finish ( no joking).

So then after getting the work done,I cleaned up and rested and then took my dinner (beans and plantain). I also went outside to get drinking water and I went straight to bed as soon as I came back,to begin the battle with heat and mosquitoes.

So yeah,that was pretty much how my day went, uneventful yet fulfilling.
