TECHNOLOGY APPRECIATION SENSITIZATION IN RURAL AREAS : ISIALA-NGWA TECH DAY ~~2022!!! BY @PETERABAGI. ~~(10% PAY OUT TO @STEEMALIVE)
INTRODUCTION
Civilization is indeed the spread of technology, the perfect example of a civilized nation is a Tecnology based Nation. Civilization rids on the wings of technology, back in the days we literally had to struggle for everything to be done, we struggled to get clean drinking water, to communicate, to move from one place to another.
Today with the advent of Technology movement have been made easier and faster, we can now reach very far distances just within few hours, we can speak with people from a far distance with the technology of a cell phone.
The sweetness in Technology can not be overrated as it is obvious in our sight. To know and enjoy the benefit of Technology is not good enough. It only Good enough when we know and help others. This is the reason for carrying the civilization of Technology to the rural areas for sensitization.
THE NEED FOR THIS SENSITIZATION
The need for this sensitization is to enlighten the locals living in the rural communities about the current levels in technology today and the place of technology in our world. The sensituzation was focused on the following areas;
SENSITIZATION ON USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA TO BOOST BUSINESS
Today one must not go to the street to display his or her goods before they are bought, with the help of Facebook, Instagram , tweeter one can be able to leverage and sale the product. Thus this is part of technology.
Today with the help of severl moneg app one can be able to make quick financial transaction instead of going to the bank to join a line.
We also spoke on how to use the online space to do affiliate marketing.
The focus of our sensitization was to elighten the old and young that there are so many opportunities in the tech space and children do not need to go to school become a Medical Doctor to have Money. People dont need a job or salary to have.
With tech skills one can stay in his or her room and make so much money.
ISIALA-NGWA TECH DAY
THE TECH DAY IS A MOVEMENT INNITIATED BY MY PPA INNOVATION GROWTH HUB AIMED REACHING ALL THE 774 LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN NIGERIA WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF TECHNOLOGY IN BUSINESS BEGINNING WITH ABIA STATE.
Isiala ngwa Tech day took place on a Saturday, and it took the whole day because it involved alot of presentation on different topics by our guest speakers.
We had a guest speaker who spoke first on the various means of making money using google, He is a google marketet .
They teach people how to boost their business with Google by running Google adverts.
We also had flora who taught us Ur/ UX, HTML . We had Mr Benson came as a full starts developer and who is actively making it in his feed.
Mr Procious introduce used to graphics designing using AI (ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR), PS (PHOTOSHOP) CANVA
With this project we hope to help young and old people get to have more knowledge on technology.
Websites designing and development was not left out during this event.
AND FINALLY
TECHNOLOGY IS EVERYTHING TODAY, WE SHOULD LOOK FOR WAYS TO PUSH ENCOURAGE OUR FELLOW NIGERIANS TO CONSISTENT IN TECH.
The knowledge of technology is vast and is growing rapidly, the earlier we start showing our people what involved in it the better for us all. We must encourage our kids to take Tech serious even our schools must place emphasis on instead of just medcin and law.
The Tech day event is an eye opener to everyone and lots of people would benefit from such a stream of knowledge.Learning how to place adverts on Google is very cool.I sincerely appreciate the organizers of this event.

The spread of technology has opened up rooms for all to have a stress reduced source of income. Like affiliate marketing. And it's a thing of Joy to Know that people out there are willing to take it out to rural areas and enlighten them about technology.
