THE DIARY GAME: 28th OCTOBER 2021; A BEAUTIFUL REUNION

INTRODUCTION

Hello and good day lovely people. My name is Patience Otis so glad to be here. To day I want to write about someone so dear to me it's been awhile since I last saw him and am glad to see him again.

HOW I GOT TO KNOW HE WAS BACK

It was on a beautiful tuesday, well I woke quite tired and stressed out because, the previous day was monday and my IT (industrial training) was so stressful I had to stand throughout the meat inspection.

Tuesday is one of my favorite days because of mid-week service in church. After my IT i came back home and prepared for service. Service starts by 5pm but, I normally go to church by 3pm to clean and arrange the church for the service.

The service was awesome I was so blessed. When I came back home that night, I realized that I haven't spoken to my fiance throughout that day so, I decided to call him.

While talking to him, he was sounding so happy and I was becoming suspicious. I had to ask him what was making him happy and he said, he was in makurdi. At first I thought he was joking until he gave his friend the phone to speak with me. I was so happy, I slept with a smile on my face

WHEN WE FIRST MET

I slept so peacefully, when I woke I was so excited and anxious, all I wanted to do was to just see him but, I had a lot of things to. My chores was there to attend to , my IT was there and I also had to visit my elder sister.

I did everything I had to do, dressed up and left home. I went to his friends place to see him. On getting there I was so excited to see him.
We sat down and spoke for sometime and he gave me the things he brought for me. I stayed with him for hours and I told him I wanted to go back home. He walked me to the road side where I picked a bike and went home.

FIRST DATE

Since he travelled back to Aba for his service I refused going out because, I love going out with him. Later in the evening he called me to meet him at home. I left and went to his place and he took me to my favorite place in town called Dexter.

What I love most about dexter is their ice cream. They have the best ice cream in makurdi.
I took vanilla and apple flavor. Vanilla is my favorite ice cream flavor I can take it all day without getting tired.

We got talking and he explained somethings about steemit to me how to make center headings and how to justify my posts. We also spoke about his service and how it was going so far.

He also spoke of how some armed robbers came to he place, they searched the rooms in the Copper's lugge except his. They stole someone's footwear funny right?. After sevens days another theif came to his window at the early hours of the morning when he was praying, the thief was chased out by one of the Coppers.

The outing was fun I was really happy spending time with him.

SUNDAY SERVICE TOGETHER

My fiance and I, we attend thesame church. He is one of the resident pastors in my church. The Sunday he was around for was our thanks giving sunday.
I've never seen him dressed in agbada (yoruba native attire) before. Well I must say he nailed it. He was looking so perfect in it.

Our thanks giving sunday we always wear native attires. I couldn't wear mine because my tailor disappointed me at the last minute. I wasn't that happy but, when I got to church he was like your outfit is nice. I was glad he liked it

The service was awesome our man of God thought the word of God in it simplicity. It was edifying. Down to the choir and creativity department's ministration everything was superb.

Even the children department there was a shift that day. I thought so well. At a point I was wondering if I was still the one taking the class. Well let's just say I was happy

CONCLUSION

Everything that has a beginning must have an end. I knew that all this happiness will soon come to an end . I, was just waiting for the time when he would tell me he has to return back.

He took me on a second date

We bought suya, Masa and some soft drinks. After eating , when we were about to leave he told me that he has return to Abia because, he can't miss another CDS.

Although I was sad but, I was also happy because after a long time I was able to see him again. Most people always advice me to breakup with him because, they believe that distant relationship endup not working.

I strongly believe and I know that mine is different. Thanks so much @Peterabagi for everything you've done for me. I can't thank you enough.
