Thediarygame season 3 for 8th of May 2021 i attended a wedding ceremony by @nwandu

Hello steemians, welcome today to my post, in this article i will be sharing with you how i attended a wedding ceremony on 8th of May 2021.
In the morning of 8th May 2021, i wake up and said a prayer with my family. I brushed my teeth and took my bath around 5:15am. By 5:45am i took a cup of tea then i wore my cloth because i was getting prepared to attend a wedding ceremony at Delta State. I left my house at 6am because theres curfew from 8pm -6am. I joined the bus that was arranged and by 7:50am we left for Delta State. The place was far about 6 hours journey. We went through Omuma in portharcourt to avoid the hold up in the Express way around ariaria junction and entered Bayelsa and headed to Delta State. The description of the place we were going is Portharcourt -Ughelli -Afesiere town- Ofoma -Isoikolo-Kokori town. We reached Kokori town the venue by 2pm. We came down, greeted the inlaws and the negotiation for the bride price began. Things went smoothly and within one hour the negotiation ended and the pride price was paid. The bride and the groom then came out greeted the people gathered and sat down as you see in the pics, then the groom noticed that the bride was sweating due to the hot weather and he used his handkerchief to clean her face

Then i had to go and eat my food that is dished out. The food was sweet, different kinds of food and assortrd drinks

Because it was getting late and we are coming back to Aba, as the bride and groom was about to cut the cake i took their pics

Then we entered the bus and left by 4pm. This picture is while we are in the bus going home

We arrived safely at 10:30pm. The journey was indeed stressful but i enjoyed it.
