Exercise is the physical movement of the body which facilitate the body to be physically health. To remain fit and strengthen the muscles, body exercise is required.

Engaging in exercise isn't a waste of time as it has enough benefits. Such includes;

  • Exercise has the potency of reducing chronic pains.
  • Exercise helps to improve relaxation and sleep quality.
  • It helps in making the brain healthy as well as the memory.
  • Exercise improves the well being of the skin.
  • It improves and enhances the human energy level.
  • Exercise has a way of reducing stress, depression and anxiety.
  • Exercise makes one feel happier.
  • Weight loss can be handled through exercise.

  • Strength training: This is a type of exercise that builds up the human muscular mass and also make the muscles stronger. Such exercises includes; squatting, push ups and lunges.

  • Stretchings: Stretching is a form of exercise that builds up the flexibility of the body.

  • Balance exercise: It's done to improve the body balance of an individual like the vision, inner ear, leg muscles/joints.

  • Oxidative Exercise: Oxidative exercise helps to speed up the breathing and heart beat rate. It helps relax blood vessels and lower blood sugar level.

Exercise is a personal engagement that enhances personal development. I personally have my own routine as far as exercise is concern. I get up every morning to stretching to flex my muscles. I do this almost everyday except days I rush out of home for something very important. Aside from this, I also, try building up strength for the day by doing some pull ups. And on some Saturdays, I stay out in the morning to play football to still stay fit.

Like, I earlier said, stretching is a daily stuff that doesn't really take much time except one chooses to do it extra on free days or weekends. I strongly recommend my own routine because it's has a way of keeping one fit and healthy. It also has the ability to strengthen you daily and through out your life on earth as you continually do same.
