NEW LOOK OF WATERSIDE SO FAR.

I once wrote about this place, named "waterside" , which in effect should be the beauty of Aba the Enyimba City. I told about the destruction it has suffered in the hand of the citizens and the government neglect of this cite. Something good seems to be happening once again. The waters are glowing once again and freshness seems to be returning. The residents seems happy and optimistic over the development so far. However the bringer of this good news is a total misfortune.

Some months ago, a cargo trailer reportedly ran into the meat market to which waterside had been turned into. The truck as reported lost control after a break failure. The result was fatal and heart breaking. Picture what happens in such sceneero. The incident provoked lots of reaction by people and the response of the government was to relocate the market. Further action was the cleaning of the waters.

While some people has applauded the action of the state government, yet others have many reservations. For instance, The question that ran through the mind of many was: why wait for such incident to happen before taking action.

Whatever be the case, we are seeing little light as the "waterside" is now turning clean and beautiful once again after suffering several years of destruction.
