Good day to you all my great Steemians. Hoping that you are all doing great, I want to share with you how I am recovering from Malaria and Typhoid.

How And When It Began

Everything was fine and smooth during the weekend, and I even went to the stadium(my usual exercising trip) and back. There was no sign that I will be knocked down by sickness in the new week.

So on Monday morning, while my wife left for work and I was preparing to go to the stadium, my tummy started rumbling inside. I started having nauseating feelings. All of a sudden, I felt like vomiting and stooling at the same time.

So I rushed to my toilet and discharge everything in my stomach. Then I felt a little bit of relieve. All of a sudden again, the same feelings resurged. I went back to empty up again.

When I saw that it wasn't stopping, I called my wife and informed her about my present predicament. All this while, l felt drained as if I was sapped of all my energy. She took permission immediately and started rushing home. They asked her to take an additional day off to make sure I was ok before she resumes again.

After about to 3 hours, she was back and as a nurse herself, she gave me some first aid which at least gave me a little boost of energy.

Well to cut the story short, she took my blood samples for test and it was discovered that I had both Malaria and Typhoid high in my system. She also de warmed me as well.

How am I faring now you might ask? Better and better I am becoming. I am still on the medication. I was asked to take a break on any activity and rest deeply.

I am very grateful to my God Jehovah for giving my a loving and caring wife and nwanyi nurse at that. And for the drugs formed from what he created to effect cure and healing to our different aliments.
