UNENDING THE DIARY GAME: MY MONDAY ACTIVITIES By @mhizonyi
Hello fellow Steemians, how are you guys doing, I hope you are doing great? This is bringing you my diary game of Monday, the 26th day of July 2021.
On this day, I woke up at about 4am, after saying my morning prayers, I stayed back on bed a little more while I pressed my phone. At about 5am, I started preparing Breakfast for the whole family, especially for my Little nephew who will was to go to school as early as 7am.
By 6am, I woke him from sleep prepared him for school and fed him, soon after I dropped him off at school. When I came back I served every other other person. When all have left the house to their various businesses, I also left to Osisioma Local government council to claim my enrollment slip for NIMC. Unfortunately for me, the officer incharge said that mine was not ready as at that time, they suggested I come back on a later date, as a result, I left for home.
On my way home I met a long time friend, we sat out at a bar for a few drinks, we discussed extensively from around that 11am till about 3pm. When we dispersed, I went to the market from there to buy things I needed to prepare dinner for the family. I was supposed to prepare jollof rice. I spent about 30 minutes in the market. When I got home, I had my bath. By now my nephew was back from school, I helped him with his assistant and rested a little.
At about 6pm I started preparing dinner for the family. Uche my brother was around helping me out in the kitchen. By 7pm I served dinner, after which some went to bed. I stayed back in the parlour to view my favorite television program, Big Brother Nija.
I watched it till around 10pm when I received an international call from my Aunt who is based in France. She was calling to know about the progress of the renovation of her house which she entrusted me with it's supervision. We also talked about her possible returned by December. We discussed at length till about midnight. After the call, I was very tired and sleepy. I went to the bathroom for a cold bath after which I said my night prayer and retired to bed.
This was how my day went, It was a good day. The only shortcoming was the fact that I didn't get the NIMC Identify card which I needed urgently to complete a form. Regardless, am grateful to God. Let me also use this opportunity to thank you for making out your time to go through this my daily diary. Am grateful.
