Dairy Game: PREPARING ENEMA FOR TREATING MYSELF today 13/05/2021
Hello brothers and sisters,how are you doing...let me believe you are fine,if you have noticed and wondered why @melomelo had not posted anything recently it's because I have been sick for days now , imagine a whole me on bed since morning,no rehearsal,no gig,no work,no tour just on bed struggling to be strong,it has not been a pleasant experience at all not even a bit,I asked my self what's this and I began to understand the value of good health and why one needs to be so grateful for living strong,I could not even have a choice of what to eat or not ,the whole thing just complicated,
I mean I couldn't even feel myself God! And weekend is fast approaching how will I cope with no play at all...I asked myself plety questions,idid treated it with Medicine but still not really getting myself so mummy has asked me to prepare enema to use in treating myself traditionally..
Although I was scarred and I'm still scared about doing the exercise..lol... you know what I mean if you have done it before
Just in case you don't know what an enema is....
It has to do with inserting liquid into the body through the anus,in other to empty bowels,
It is very helpful for pushing away waste of the rectum,
The one in doing,I was asked to gather leaves I knew some but could not identify some so a friend who knew had to go plug the leaves and vegetables for me...the only ones I could identify was water leaf and the other one we call Editan..the rest of them I knew not their names
She then asked me to pound it,do as to help in bringing out the green liquid I don't know what it's called in science but I think chrorophil ,
I quized the leaves,pounded it over and over again till all of them were no longer identified I mean the lost shape..lol😂
I then put water into a Pell ,and then turn the pounded leaves into it,
I will keep this as it is over this night then by tomorrow morning around thirty minutes to six I will wake up ,then start the operation but before the I will do some separation,that's separating the leaves particles from the water, then I will know I'm ready for the treatment,what will happen next and how it will go I will inform you on my next post,so right now I'm waiting for the morning by God's Grace,
