Thediarygame: The way a spent my day today and lesson on proper child training
Ohh my dear friends of steemalive community, I greet you all. Hoping that you guys had a peaceful night rest, I will without fail disclose to you guys how my night went and how I spent my day today. Hoping that you guys are ready to know, here it comes...
I went to bed lately because I was attending to some needs. Yes its needs and not wants. Why? If you carefully check on my blog, you will realize that i haven't written anything for days now. Not that am tired of writing, rather, its as a result of some challenges especially, ones affecting live. What do I mean? For months now, my Mum have been sick and things got worse close to two weeks now. In fact, her condition affected me in a bad way. But thank Jehovah that there is hope right now. Though, she is faraway from home now. So, as I was saying, because I went to bed very late, I woke up by 6:30am. But the little I slept, I can say that it was peaceful and smooth.
I have a normal morning routine which thus involves prayer, singing of praises to my God and examining of the Scriptures. Thereafter, I went out just to feel the brightness of the day. I also opened the tap for those that wanted to fetch water. On the process, I faced a different challenge. Hunger. I have food items but the issue is who will get it ready for me since am alone in the house? But the truth is that my parents trained me to perfectly engage on two or three works at a time. So, I quickly rushed to the kitchen, peeled my plantain, sliced and placed it on fire. (both ripe and unripe). In fact, I kept on running to and fro until the food was done. Thank God, no one else wants to fetch water. With that opportunity, I enjoyed my meal.

Then, I enjoyed some minutes of relaxation. By 10:30am, I started calling some of my friends via phone calls and telegram because its now my normal means of sharing the word if God with them. By 2:00pm, I ended the discussion. Wow, its time to leave house! Yes, am a business lady, so I can't spend the rest of my day at home lazily.
I got prepared and left to our local steemit office located at 208 Azikiwe by east Aba Its an appointment with our leader Mr Charles (@focusnow). I arrived to his office by 3:30pm, I met only @samuel20 and he told me that Charles will soon come in. So I waited. Just in a twinkle of an eye, he arrived. We discussed some important matters regarding steem promotion in Aba. Thereafter, we took some pics. But most importantly, as my mentor he is, he showed me some acts of kindness which I won't disclose here.

From his office, I went to Kilimanjaro market square where I purchased a sleep cap. The sleep cap is essential for the hair because it gives protection to the edges.
hope the sleep cap fits me?

From there, I boarded a kekenapep or tricycle to my house. Right now, am through with my evening chores. Once am done with this post, I gonna bath, eat and sleep. But looking back at how I spent my day today, I think I grabbed a lesson which I must share with you all.
Please dear parents in this lovely platform, today's lesson is for you guys including all potential parents. Please, make sure you give all your children the needed training right from childhood. Imagine what would have happened to me today had it been my parents didn't inculcate in me the importance of smartness. Am very much grateful to my parents for all the trainings they gave to me right from infancy. It has really equipped me today. Dear parents, if you guys can do likewise, believe me, your children will pronounce you happy and you will be proud of your child having the trust that he or she can handle many situations or works at a time.
Great opportunity you had there to meet with the boss himself. I know that anything left undisclosed is wonderful, please as you share from boss well of kindness and tap from his blessings kindly remember me. I pray for more healing mercies on your mum. May God Almighty perfect the healing work He has began. Is mum as way at the hospital or where?
