Like I wrote wrote earlier, Ubabike Gracious Ltd not only sell tailoring materials, they also import most of the products and that's why they are into both retail and wholesale. Based on this, the prices of the products are a bit lower than what is obtainable in other stores.
I can attest to this, I needed to buy the necessary items which my niece needed for her enrollment in the tailoring school, so I went for a market research on some shops that sell the items. After the research, I found out that Ubabike Gracious Ltd products of same quality prices were way lower than the others, so I had to buy from them.

Stepping into Ubabike Gracious Ltd, you will be received with a warm smile from the owner who manages the business by herself. The workers there are not left out. There was one particular thing she did that made me decide to review the business. After I had given her the list of things I wanted to buy for my niece, she engaged me in a discussion to really know what I needed the items for, when I told her she gave me good suggestions on the best ones to buy. Not only that after checking items, the money I had on me wasn't enough to pay for them, I pleaded with her to allow me go with them that I will return with the balance after few minutes. I told told her my name, office address, phone number to reassure her, and she allowed me to go. It was when I returned with the balance that I told her about reviewing her business, she was very happy and gladly allowed me to.
All through the process of capturing pictures for this review she was happy and telling customers about it.

Product Arrangement: Very Orderly

Each product item are arranged in an orderly manner for easy location. Some are kept in counters, hangers, baskets, bags etc. Even as a customer, once you enter there you can pick up some of the things you want without having anyone assisting you because they are well arranged and accesible.
