Introduction
Greetings everyone and everything welcome to my blog page once more, I still remain my humble self @ladyofpolicy, the team coordinator of umuahia steem community (team indomitable) and am glad to present my weekly report of our activities within the week that just ended.
Our roadshow/ promotion
I will be a liar if I should say that this week went as planned for the umuahia team because we couldn't go for roadshow which we normally do on Saturdays. Although it was planned but nobody came out and the reason is that this is exam period and students are getting ready for their exams but regardless of this reason I was still able to go out alone and talk to a few person's and I believe that this new week will be better.
**This is a picture I took at IBB hostel when I was waiting for my team to come out but unfortunately no one came out and after an hour of waiting I entered the hostel and talk to some students, although I got little positive response from them.
Mentorship
As a team coodinator,it is my duty to mentor the newbies even the old members and to pass the necessary information across to them so that everyone will feel belong and comfortable,so I do this through my social media platforms and even one on one.
This is my conversation with @anbrosegreat and @bobhanson as I explained to Ambrose great through a video record I did how to source a picture gotten from internet and at the same time I was encouraging @bobhanson to try and keep being active, there are some other fellows I mentored offline as well.
Verification
Within the course of the week, two persons were verified in umuahia,one who is a newbie and the other who is an old members.

Active members in umuahia
In the past week, the number of steemians that are becoming active in umuahia is increasing gradually, initially we were just three but this week we doubled in number and I believe that in the subsequent weeks we will rapidly come up both in number and in participating in activities. It's really a thing of joy for me to know that with the week we doubled in the number of active steemians in my team and I believe we will keep it up.
Plans for the new week
Although we couldn't achieve much within this week that just ended,it won't stop me for making plans towards the new week. So the plan for the new week is to organise a physical meetup where all my team members will gather together in order to discuss our challenges and the way forward,also we will have an online meeting before the offline one. And finally our roadshow this Saturday will definitely take place. These are the plans for the week.
Conclusion
Growth is one thing we all need in life and I believe that growth is a process. Team indomitable is still undergoing the process of growth and I believe that with the power of team work we will grow into a bigger and better team in steemalive Community.
I beseech every one both new people and old member to give their all to this platform because it worth working hard for.
I will also like to appreciate everyone that makes this community what it is today especially the admin @focusnow for all the ideas and initiatives he put towards the growth of this Community.

Great one team indomitable, the spirit you have is commendable, even if your team members didn't come out for some reason, you did really great in coordinating everything to make sure the Promotion is successful and mentoring newbies is not easy but you are doing well even with school, I understand it's not easy keep up the good work dear @ladyofpolicy
