DAY 20 | TUESDAY 23-11-2021 | ROADSHOW REPORT AT ABA SOUTH TOWN HALL - PROMOTING STEEMIT TO CORPERS DURING THEIR CDS | BY @LADYOFPOLICY

Introduction

Greetings my lovely friends and fellow promoters. How are you all doing today?? I believe everyone is doing great today. Happy new month as well and welcome to the month of December. As a norm in steemalive community, roadshow and promotion is no longer a new thing so taking part in it always gives me joy. So on Tuesday, the 23rd of November 2021 I joined the aba city promotion team on their road show, below is my report for the day.

Joining the roadshow at aba town hall

On the 23rd day if November being Tuesday, I dressed up from my house and took a transit from umuahia to aba to join the aba team in promoting steemit. It was around an hour journey from my city to the roadshow center for the day which was at Aba south town hall, Aba, so due to the distance and the fact that I didn't leave my city early enough, I got to the center a bit late and when I got there I only met @samuel20, and @kingreechy so I joined their team.

When I got there, they have already signed up some persons because they were with CORPERS who came for those CDS, so I joined them and helped signed up @pmike and we tried doing his introductory post but he got a call from someone and had to rush out so we couldn't finish his introductory post so I handed him over to @kingreechy since he knows him in person.

Although I signed up only one person but our team was able to sign more newbies with the help on @kingreechy and @samuel20.

Challenges

The major challenge we faced that day was the fact that virtually all of them were rushing to one place or the other. Even those that supposed to be signed up couldn't wait because they were in a hurry. But although they were in a hurry some of them dropped their contact which I believe that by now they've been signed up.

Refreshment

After we closed from the roadshow,while the weather was still very hot we went to the nearby restaurant, Crunchies fried chicken to cool down our body because the sun was actually very hot. We had meat pie and cold soft drink after which we wanted to go back but it stated raining so we had to wait a little longer for the rain to stop before we went back and I came back to my city, Umuahia.

Conclusion

Being a promoter on steemit is actually one of the best ways to grow in the platform and I beseech everyone to join us as we move steemit to the next level.
