INTRODUCTION
Good-day fellow steemians, I hope you all are doing good today, My name remains @kingreechy and I am a Steemalive Team Coordinator in Abia state (Aba precisely), the name of my Team is the “WINNERS TEAM” and I will sharing with us the weekly report from my Team and our weekly activities from the 14th to the 21st of November 2021.
Steemalive have come up with so many activities that engaged its communities and keeps all the Team members, coordinators and State representatives busy. This has added value to us and has also added value to people we mentor by giving them a space to learn, express themselves and earn while doing so which is the primary goal.

TEAM COORDINATORS GROUPING
The Abia state representative “@samuel20” grouped us in three’s into two group for the weekly roadshow as listed below

The two groups interchanged locations on Tuesday and Friday for the roadshow.
DAILY RECRUITMENT
Recruitment has been a daily activity for promoters and coordinators alike, we all in our own way and time try as much as we can to constantly promote the Steemit platform and recruit newbies. A compiled list of the recruited newbies are can be seen in my previous post through this Link.

MENTORSHIP PERFORMANCE
There have been a great performance that have been noticed from most of the newbies due to the guidance and MENTORSHIP they receive from their Team Coordinators. I personally started mentoring newbies from roadshow as well and I held a session with my recruits on 18th of Nov to lectured them on the benefits of powering up, building their Steem power to enable them get better rewards from votes, club5050 and it’s importance Etc. There was also a question and answer session after the class which started by 8:30pm and ended by 9:30pm.

ROADSHOW ACTIVITIES
Steemalive Roadshow takes place every Tuesday and Friday of the week. The Promoters usually converge in the Steemalive office located at number 208 Azikiwe Road Aba, Abia State. what3word
This week Tuesday team roadshow at Bata Junction was almost a flop until i made a decision of going to Abia State Polytechnic. What3words
Meanwhile this week roadshow was awesome and the Team of promoters met as planned. The roadshow was a success as up-to eleven (11) newbies were recruited and a good number of them have done their introduction post.

MENTORSHIP AND GUIDANCE FOR NEWBIE
We made sure that the above mentioned recruits whatapp contact were gotten and they have all been added up to the whatapp steemit recruit group. In this group they have been taught how to make a good post on steemit yesterday by the Steemalive Abia State Representative.

A HINT OF NEXT WEEK
A lot is being put in place as regards the activities that Team coordinators will be carrying out weekly with their Team. We are expecting more information about this from our boss @samuel20.
The next road show have been scheduled to hold on the 23rd of November, 2021. It is going to be explosive as plans are going on on how to make it bigger and better.
CONCLUSION
Promotional has brought about a lot of potentials into the Steemit platform and we don’t plan on slacking about it. Promoting steem has become our culture as a community and we are expecting more team members who will join us to promote steem. We are working tirelessly to recruit more people daily in order to mentor and guide them to be become active members of steemalive community and Steemit at large.
