Hello steemians welcome to my blog, I bring you guys greetings from portharcout city where I reside for now, I'm excited writting again at this particular time may God bless you all who have devoted out your time reading this post at this particular time of asking.

As we all know Diary post is basically how your previous day was spent and many other things, if you have been following me for a long time now you will understand that I usually have a great day and yesterday wasn't an exception. In this my post I will specify how I spent my day ranging from Morning, afternoon and evening.

MORNING

Each time I wake's up the first thing I do is to thankGod, by so doing I engage myself in an early morning prayers yesterday I did just that at about 4am, I woked up said my all important prayers, and I slept back again I never wanted to step out maybe going for workout exercise at that time it was still pretty early.

At about 5am, I jumped up from my bed first I came out to witness the atmospheric condition of the place, that's the weather I mean when I came out I realized that the weather was fantastic it wasn't looking as thought it wants to rain, many thanks to God what I did was to put on my jogas and my canvas then I was good to go I didn't call my friend I just decided to go alone.

The jogging started and kick started o ran from NTA junction bro somewhere Ada George, along the way the jogging became super fantastic because so many people joined the fray and it now seems we where running in groups and some jaration songs it was really something to write home about.

As we where running back some people started branching in their various streets, and I was the last to drop, when I got to my house I quickly jumped to the bathroom and took my bath it was really someth to write home about all my body composition was totally flexible I will show you some benefits of exercising your body system.

If you are a regular exerciser trust me you are on the right path trust me, one of the so many benefits is yours, one of the so many benefits is flexibility all your body system will be totally flexible.

LESSER DEPRESSION TOTAL HAPPINESS

If you are the type who constantly train in the morning then you are on the right path, courtesy the fact that you the mode at which your brain operates will be changed stress and depression along the process will be regulated courtesy your body system, the hormones responsible for the total control of your brain will thus be improved that one of the so many benefits exercise can bring to your body system.

Moving forward exercising your body can increase the production of endorphins which is known to assist you in the production of positive feelings and reduce the perception of excruciating pains in the body system.

REDUCTION OF WEIGHT LOSS

This particular one is associated to those who are fat, it is advised that you train regularly and constantly in order to shade weight,to understand the good effectiveness of exercise on weight reduction, it is very much important to understand the relationship that exists between exercising your body system and energy expenditure.

You need to seek the knowledge of food dielet a reduce calorie of intake will lower your metabolic rate, in this case this can delay weight losses. On the opposite, regular exercise has been shown to increase your metabolic rate, which can burn more calories to help you very important the way you should feed must be regulated

EXERCISE GIVES BENEFITS TO MUSCLES AND BONES

This particular one for me seems to be the main benefits while people exercise they wants to build their muscles and bones and looks scary to others they forget that for someone to have strength it doesn't depends on how big your muscles are.

Key activities like weightlifting can facilitate your muscle building when paired with adequate protein intake, what are the proteins we have eggs, milk, egg York, etc all the above mentioned are all proteinous foods.

BUILDING OF ENERGY LEVEL

Energy is very important in the building of your body system Exercise can be a real energy booster for many people if not all, including those with various medical conditions. You can exercise to build your body composition more rigid.

If your body composition adds rigidity then you have all it takes to be composed and be able to face the daily activities of life, exercise is the most important thing that can happen to anyone the regular you engage in it the better for you.

EXERCISE IMPROVES THE SPIRIT OF SPORTSMANSHIP IN YOU

Good many of us are into football, European football I mean some of us are fans of the most popular clubs on planet Earth the Chelsea's, Manchester United, Arsenals and all the rest, if you watch regular football you can replicate same gesture and trust me you will be multivated.

Like for me I play football and I rep Manchester United after watching the boys train and play it gives me that edge to have to exercise my body system in totality.

AFTERNOON

You will agree with me that Noon starts from 12pm, yes and at this time I went to my favourite supermarket popularly called market square to purchase some edible items after eating light food in the morning my objective was to take another light food at noon coupled with my exercise my body system will then be totally flexible trust me.

I bought so many things in the supermarket bread, drinks, spray, and so much things trust me it was really something to enjoy and have joy over please.

After purchasing so many things I was mandated to book a boltand hopefully I got a fast ride from the supermarket straight to my house, I will tag this another phase of refined exercise this my post is all about exercise, as you may know exercise is not all about running alone, it includes jumping, and other indoor and outdoor activities too.

Many thanks to traffic we where not halted we took a smooth ride from the supermarket straight down to my house, I took off the things I bought to the dinning table and I went to my room switched on my Air conditioner and I had a little rest. It was already approaching evening time after my two hours of rest I woked up again and decided to have myself some meals.

EVENING

Evening time came at around 4pm, I took a nap and made my self some indomie noodles I didn't border my cousins to assist me in preparing it I did it my self I walked to the kitchen and made it my self I went to the nearby mama Nkechi shop and bought little bread please view the snap-shot

I like eating indomie alot I took my time to prepare it plamely with adding so many carrots and green pepper and all the rest I don like all those things into my noodles it gets me irritating most times. I ate and finished all the noodles and hopefully I was totally satisfied and I have to go back to resting this time I started watching my all important big brother Niger

What a great day you had @kingcent. Thank you for exercising the importance of living healthy with an exercise every morning. It's so essential and many of us are neglecting it myself included. I will try to do that as it's good for me.

Oohh shopping!!! I don't know the last time I treated myself to that. It's always fun shopping. Hope you will share the spray you got with me? Yes big brother has started and I hope it's gets exciting this year like last episodes. Thanks for sharing your day with us
