Egusi
Egusi is made from melon seeds and it is a native soup, it has this wonderful flavor I enjoyed eating it with garri .
Egusi seeds are usually blended before cooking

Ingredients for Egusi soup are;
Egusi seeds, (melon
Meat
Vegetables.
Palm Oil.
Smoked catfish.
Crayfish
Onions
Pepper
Maggi
Salt
Stock fish
I do take my egusi soup in the afternoon being lunch.
