Business startup process as the name implies all all activities involved in setting up a business, it's mostly the theoretical aspects which will set the base operations of the business, and what majorly will be looking at what we call a business plan and what a business plan consist of.

Business plan

A business plan is a detailed paper work which can be stored electronically, that explains the activities or operations of the business and also the future goals of the business.

Components of a business plan

They are various components in a business plan but I will be picking the basic, which means the components that can relate more to steemit.

• Executive summary

As the name implies summary, it's a section in the business plan where a brief process of all activities to be carried out in a business.

• Description of the proposed business

This section simply entails what the business is about in details like for example let's take a business name such chinda eat and belle full, you have to know what the business your setting which such name is about in the example above you can tell a little about the business which means it's a restaurant, all these about the business is in this section.

• Industry analysis

This section is a section where the business is simply stating how the market situation which that business want to venture into, that is knowing the trends in the line if business he chooses, taking the same example above, chinda has to know the market competition so he can overcome it and gain alot, the analysis is what is called industry analysis.

• Misson statement and the core values

This section simply state what the business is planning to achieve the sole aim of the business not necessarily making profit because that's the primary aim of any business but what the business wants to offer and gain from setting such establishment.

• Management plan

This section in a business plan is used to explain how a business will be sustained for a long run which fulfills GOING-COCERN, like steemit for example data and recharge card is highly used so when you make a withdraw don't forget to minus it from your earnings.

• Procedure plan

This simply states how the activities of the business is been carried out, so as to achieve the goal of the business.

• Global issue

This states the economic issue, every business is affected by this, such that sometimes losses are beared and also profit, so it should be included for proper running of a business.

• Financial plan

The financial plan segments simply shows the expenses and revenue of a business, it shows how profit should be allocated and the prices of it used in running the business which changes due to global issues.
