My weekly report as Moderator from 16/5/2022 to Sunday 22/05/2022/ goal-getters coordinator
Introduction
I am happy to be with you again beloved steemiains to report my work for last past 7 days in our community Steemalive, just as the name implies we steemialive with quality post free from plagiarism, engagement and consistency, during last week i had the opportunity to read a lot of your quality post and have learned a lot from, it, I read one Interesting post by @kingbolo16855 where he explained what you need to know about marriage, though single but has advice for married and those intending to marry, I also commend all of you who are working hard to check your post plagiarism using this tool Duplichecker before posting it.
Mentorship and recruitment
We in steemalive make not our goal to mentor newbies weather we are the one that recruited them or not, every day I see newbies post in the community and I will quickly address him or her, it is easy to know newbie in the community, through his reputation and quality of his post you will know, so as I read there post I drop comment for them to make needed changes so as to produce quality post on steemit and am happy many of them instead of dropping out make progress to become better steemian

All this are ones I read their post last 7 days, we were not able to go out as a group for Promotion but many members in the team promoted steemit in various ways especially @chichieze, she had recruited so many which I hope her report will update it,
last week I was able to reach @lazbless who use to be active in team goal-getters when she was here in Uyo but since she left uyo to stay with her grandmother, it was not really easy for her again, if you have stayed with grand parents or you are staying with them currently, you will understand her situation, sometimes no network, I am happy to see her last week, she visited me twice and assured me that as soon as she is back in Uyo, she will be active again.

Observations, Recommendations and Conclusion
I observed that many people stopped Writing because of what happened last 2 weeks because there was no SBD in the reward, many also who thought that all their post must receive upvote also reduce in number of post the made last week, when it comes to contest, the participants are still doing well, and almost all their post was supported by curators
Here i am suggesting that the weekly Writing Challenge contest should continue, and those who stop writing daily should pick up and know that the more quality post they produce, the chance of getting vote, again they should make post that has curators tag, this gives them more opportunity to be curated, as for those who stop writing because of no SBD, life doesn't go straight so you should not expect everything to go straight as you plan, the 3 token we earn on steemit is crypto so whatever happened in the Crypto market will also affect it.
In conclusion I must say that we all are trying but we can do more to engage in other people's post, the more you read the more you learn, 2 days ago l learned greatly from the post made by @cryptogeco on how to attract 01vote, I also benefited from @patjewell post on origami, I read @focusnow busines Review and see that there is much more to learn to make quality post, if you are reading try to see what make that post different from your own and see how you can improve, avoid plagiarism of any type.

Thank you @ijelady, truth be told sometimes the spirit becomes weak especially when expectations don't come true but the fact still remains that patience is a virtue, I encourage all to continue following the wheel to wherever it leads hopefully it will pay one day.
As for the changes, change is constant and I believe all changes in steem is for our good both now and in the time to come.
