Introduction

Hello everyone, it is early morning and time for exercise, wake as you know that morning exercise is one of the best time for exercise, incase you you have forgotten, morning exercise heighten the mood, it is also good for your skin and the heart but before we start exercising our body this morning, let me share with you what exercise is and why is good to the body.

What is exercise?

Exercise is any bodily activities that involves maintenance of fitness, it may be for enjoyment or for weight lose, it could be for cardiovascular system or to build muscle, anything you do that Involves the whole body working is exercise, it can be running, walking, dancing, sex, swimming, all this and many more is exercise.

Important of exercise

The health benefits of exercise is much and no one should miss it, no matter your busy schedule, make out time to exercise you body * Exercise helps to build endurance * It is good for blood circulation * It strengthens the bone * It helps to lower cholesterol * It improves our health If I keep on listing the importance of exercise, it will take another page.

How i do my own exercise

I do my own exercise in my house, some Saturdays i do join others in Edmark office to do exercise like this one you are seeing here 👇

The exercise in Edmark office is twice in a month.

How often do I do exercise

Well when my weight was much i use to do it 5 times a week but now is 3 times a week, you know one thing about exercise is how your body respond to some exercise, as you are doing it , listen to your body, it will help you to spend hours during exercise or few minutes, what is important is that you are exercising regularly.

Why I am recommending my exercise

The exercise that I am doing is walk out exercise, it involves, your hands, legs, and your waist, it is an exercise that burns fat very fast but you will not feel much pain as a beginner, for expert in exercise, I suggest you check your body to see if it ok by you, if yes, continue with it, for new person, there is a lot of exercise on youtube, explore it and choose the one you want.

Conclusion

Stay healthy with exercise
Stay fit with exercise
Build endurance with exercise
With exercise you can prevent a lot of chronic deseases that is tormenting mankind today.
