Everyone, hopefully we are doing great after the engagement challenges we have had over the weeks. It was a good time of World wide interactions and I loved it. I made some friends and was able to join into so many communities I have never been to before now, I 💕💕 it.

what is stress

Stress is from the heart, the condition of anger, bitterness, hopelessness people feel in a situation they are stranded not knowing what next to do. Fearful situation is stress on it's own.

what causes stress

** Sorrows of all sorts: when someone is always angry you are burning up your heart with stress and it's negative secretions that is against well being of the human health. You are killing your self gradually without knowing it.

** Death this another serious cause of stress and diversitation in people's lives. When there Is a sudden death, you may not know how worry comes in to assume your emotions and moods.

** Separation from marriage: marriage separation is a bad omen, though people are indulging into marriage separations these days like it's a norm, yet it causes sorrows, stress and emotional trauma, it's not good, it's a cause of stress. It should be totally avoided by all.

** Divorce: divorce is the worst of it all, many have died because of divorce, they could not carry out the family burdens all alone. It causes stress that can lead to sickness or death.

** Poverty: poverty they say is a disease. Poverty is passing over opportunities repeatedly. So when it keeps happening in the life of someone, you can't help than to be stressed, but try to avoid it by controlling your emotions and keep searching for what to do one day God will answer your prayers.

** Disappointments: this is another major cause of stress. When you make your plans and set to achieve it but got disappointed, if care is not taken, it can lead to stress but take heart you will still achieve goodies.

** Lack and want: this is like poverty, when someone desires but could not get you can be stressed but keep trying it will click one day.

mention some symptoms of stress

Brain shrinking
Forgetfulness
Headache
Back pain
High blood pressure
Heart pain.
Weakness of the body.
Cardiac arrest.
Stroke.

suggest some ways to reduce stress

Be happy, create your own happiness, do not allow people to intimidate you to bitterness. Be consciously joyful, play with your family members, play with your husband and children, hug them sometimes, dance with them, crack jokes with people around you. Just be happy.
Do some exercises regularly, it will help your heart to jug up and down and relief previous stress loaded in the innermost part of your heart and body. Laugh loud and make merry by yourself . Be satisfied with what you have.

what was the most stressful period of your life and how did you overcome

The most stressful period of my life was the time I had cold room, doing ice block business, I will wake up sometime by 3:am drive myself to a very far distance where the cold rooms were, begin to bring out as many ice blocks I will sell on a day, very many blocks. After which I will drive back to the city and begin supplying to my customers who are waiting for me one by one.

When I finish that I will drive again a very long distance to where we lived. Like by 11:am and 12pm. By 4:pm again, I will drive back there again to collect my money from some customers who had not paid in the morning.

Every day I was doing the same thing. Most times I will be very weak and be feeling headaches but never take it seriously. Until when I became very sick and went for a check up you know doctors must say something. They said one thing and started treatment on me. I became very Lin, but God healed me, after that, I left the business and regained my stature. That was when I knew the bad effect of stress on people, moreover the unchecked stress.
To avoid stress, take enough sleep regularly, check up your blood pressure regularly, always relax your self with those things that makes you happy.

Conclusion, stress is not palatable, it should be avoided by all means. Stress kills, it causes sicknesses, it causes high blood pressure, it causes cardiac arrest, stress make the brain of the sufferers to shrink up causing them forgetfulness. It's absolutely bad to allow yourself suffer stress. It can be consciously avoided by having a pattern of life and being satisfied with what you have. Life is higher than wealth. Avoid stress totally!!.

Yes, you can dance stress out, you can listen to radio, TV, or do some exercises, the most important thing is that we must consciously avoid stress 😬😬😬.

I have been in the same condition of ice block even as am commenting on your post, is not an easy job, I am going through the same now, but I know God is going to help me.

Here my friend, ice block is a very tedious work, I really suffered then, getting up too early supplying and coming back to rest a little and go back to collect my money from the customers, please take it easy oOoOO.
