𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝘿𝙄𝘼𝙍𝙔 𝙂𝘼𝙈𝙀 𝑺𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚 02/08/2020 𝑴𝒀 𝑨𝑫𝑽𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑼𝑹𝑬 𝑻𝑶 𝑨𝑩𝑰𝑨

This game is going great, thanks to @steemitblog this game has made me to document my daily activities, today was fun but the weekend has been so stressful. I traveled to Abia state today to visit my friends and make some purchases.
I just had my bath and left after a long sleep and left the house around 10:00am in the morning, I walked to the bus stop where I boarded a bus to Aba, it wasn't so far as the bus stop was just few meters away from my house. I spent more than 2hrs waiting for the bus to load before we set out for our journey, they charged #1000 =(13steem)
We drove few minutes and entered a fuel station to purchase fuel

We set out to Abia due to the pandemic, the driver kept announcing that everyone should put up their nosemask because the security men were checking and arresting those without their nose mask

The driver ensured everyone had the mask on them. But there's one thing I hate about our government, that's 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒖𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 the system is so corrupt that I consider the security men as one of the most physical enemies we have, regarding to their abuse and extortion. I'll talk more about the corrupt system in my subsequent blog

We passed so many checkpoints but most of them were more focus on collecting their money instead of the usual stop and search

We passed so many checkpoints and some highway vendors selling bread and snacks along the road

I bought two bread worth of #500, 250 each(6.5steem).

The journey continued but one thing that got me obsessed was the attitude of the security men, especially the police as they'll park or harass the driver I they refused to pay in(roger) as they call it in their slang

I had my nose mask on all through the journey cause there were much dust in the air, I don't know perhaps it's because the road is still under construction, yes some part of the road is still under construction so that generates much dust into the air cause it didn't rain today as that might calm the dust a little

It was a smooth journey until we get to the border between Rivers State and Abia State I knew we've gone half of the journey but the car was really fast. In the border between the two state was a River that sperated them call IMO river, a river from imo state through Abia state.

Imo is the a beautiful state on its own, they also share a boundary with Abia on the east and that's where @focusnow hail from but he's enjoying our swampy commercial city. I was so delighted when we entered the town though a Sunday afternoon but the ever busy commercial city was busy as usual

this is just the entrance in the outskirt of 𝑨𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒂 𝒊𝒏𝒕'𝒍 𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕. The market was close as today is Sunday but the free zone is always open. The driver asked us to pay #200 so he can drop us at the park which but we pleaded him to take #100 and he accepted and we contributed #100 each we get to the park.

I took a tricycle down to ngwa road I was so irritated with the condition of the road but we're used to it already cause I used to be Aba residence
