Study reveals that the brain is a very large, complex and powerful organ which is made up of well over hundred billion nerves that work synergically to help the body carry out even the most fundermental operations.

Brian is such an important organ as it regulates so many parts of human lives such as speech, thoughts, emotions, memory, motor skills, vision, temperature, hunger, respiration and other bodily process.
It is very vital for the functioning of other organs in the human blood stream and a strong tool which is capable of generating the highest level of awareness and the mental process that enable it to perceive, learn, act and remember.The brain is capable of storing between 10 and 100 terabytes of data.
Meanwhile, irrespective of the brain's immense capacity we often struggle to utilize it's full potential which gives rise to forgetfulness.Most students at all levels fail their exams due to forgetfulness.Good blood flow to the brain is facilitated by the intake of meals that boost memory and brain function.

  1. FISH:This is a good protein source that contains a large quantity of omega-3 fatty acids, which are believed to help brain function therefore eat a lot of fish as part of the remedies to a stable retaintive memory .
