HOW I PROMOTED STEEMIT AT ABIA STATE POLYTECHNIC ABA ON FRIDAY 29TH OCTOBER 2021. 10% PAYOUT TO STEEMALIVE. ALL STEEM POWERED UP TO CLUB100.
My dear fellow steemians good day, how is everyone doing? I believe that we all are in good health. I've come again to tell you guys in details how I promoted steemit at Abia state polytechnic Aba.
Since Fridays is one of the days been selected for steemit roadshow by steemalive community, so I as a person had decided to give inn my best in any of the days been selected for steemalive roadshow. Though today's roadshow was almost been postponed because of some circumstances behind the control of our roadshow coordinator @samuel20, whom we were made to understand that he traveled for the burial of one of his relatives. And because of this he couldn't be able to coordinate the day's roadshow.
But then, few of us from the team now decided to come out for the roadshow. And we choosed Abia State polytechnic as our promotional venue.
We choose this venue because, in this recent past, we have seen Abia state polytechnic to be very productive when it comes to roadshow. It's a place where we meet countless young men and women both students and their lecturers, even coppers we do meet them there. So we see that as an avenue to tell them about steemit and to recruit whoever is interested.
At 9:20am, I got to the school premises. On getting there, I met @kingreechy recruiting some people. I took selfie with them. Before long others in the same arrangement joined us and we became a group, we also took group picture and commenced the job of the day as you can see below.
Our individual efforts did not go in vain.
We started applying our individual strategies on how to get to people's mind. We talk to both the people passing, and the ones sitting on their lovers garden, and they all gave us their undivided attention.
One thing that made it very impressive to me is the friendly look on their faces as we approached.
So we introduced as many people as possible to steemit platform. About three people were ready waiting for me to sign them up but network delayed our performance. And this made about two of them to live for their lectures. But the both of them assured us that they will visit our office for their sign ups. I was able to sign only one person. I also tried helping him write his introduction post though network delayed us. This guy didn't have data I had to connect him to my Wi-Fi, but yet network wasn't that friendly with us.
By the time we were leaving the arena, he promised us that he will buy data and conclude his introduction post. His username is @vickcriuse.
We were about six volunteers that participated in the roadshow and our names are:

@aaron1990, who came all the way from Port Harcourt to join the promotion. Although he joined us late, but the point of interest here is that he later made it.

We left the environment when it was few minutes past 2 p.m. since our boss @focusnow sent some money for our refreshment, we boarded a tricycle that conveyed us to crunchies fried food.
There, we really enjoyed ourselves. Their air condition made us to forget the whole struggle under an intense sun.
We ate according to our individual choices and even left with some takeaways. After which we took some pictures before leaving for our individual homes.

It was really a wonderful day, though they were some individuals whom we would have loved to be with. People like our city coordinator @focusnow and the roadshow coordinator @samuel20. We still tried our best in making the day a memorable one.
I sincerely thank @focusnow for his support, though he wasn't with us physically but by sending his support really prove to us that spiritually, he was with us. I appreciate him for this.
