Lifestyle means the way each person lives his or her own life. It includes the person's beliefs,morals,interests, attitude,tastes and much more. Lifestyle differ from person to person and so does choice also differ from one individual to another. We all have different tastes when it come to things we prefer. Below is my lifestyle choice concerning brands of products I use regularly.

PRODUCT 1

Oral B Toothpaste

This brand of Oral healthcare is produced by Procter and Gamble and since it's launch in Nigeria,it has been well known as the most effective toothpaste.

When I started using it
I have been using it for 7 years now and it has always proved to be the best.

Why I love Oral-B Toothpaste
Oral-B Toothpaste is ideal for tooth sensitivity. It protects the teeth and gums with use. It helps to prevent tooth cavities which is a very bad tooth problem. Oral-B also leaves you with extra freshness that can last for hours. Expert doctors recommend the use of Oral-B for Oral health

Where to get and cost of getting Oral-B Toothpaste

Oral-B is a popular toothpaste and can be found in local stores and markets. It costs about 1200NGN (10 steem)to buy the 140g but it can cost less for lesser sizes

My alternative to Oral-B is the Colgate toothpaste which is also a good toothpaste for Oral care

PRODUCT 2

Nivea Body Cream

This body cream was produced by Beiersdorf Nivea Consumer product Nigeria Limited.
I started using this cream 5 months ago and from what I am seeing,I don't think I'll be going back to any other cream as soon as possible

Why I love the cream
Nivea body cream does not bleach your skin, instead it maintains the natural tone of the skin and keeps it shiny and hydrated.

Where to get the cream and how much it costs
You can get the cream in supermarkets or beauty shops and it costs 3000NGN(25 steem)
Alternative
My alternative is Miss Cherie lotion,that was the cream I was using before this one and I can opt for it when Nivea is not available.

PRODUCT 3

Spa Deodorant

This product is being produced by Gandour Companies of Nigeria. I've been using it for 3 years now.

Why I love
The deodorant is a very good anti-perspiration. It keeps me dry and I don't get to sweat too much. It also has an excellent fragrance.

Where to get it and how much it costs
You can get the deodorant in beauty shops or shops that sell perfumes and creams. It costs 700NGN(5.8 steem) to get it

Alternative
The deodorant comes in different type of fragrances. So I have many other types to pick from if I don't find this particular one .

PRODUCT 4

Papaya Hair wax

I have been using this hair wax for my edges for a month now

Why I love it
This papaya hair wax is not as thick as the other hair edge gels I've used before. It keeps my edges firm in place for hours and it does not turn my hair colour to white when it dries as with other ones

Where to get it and the cost
You can get it in hair salons or beauty shops. It costs about 600NGN(5 steem) to buy it

Alternative
This hair wax comes in 2 types,the dark one and the transparent one so either one of them is an alternative

PRODUCT 5

Extract Soap

This is made by Splash Corporation in Philippines and I have been using it for a year now

Why I love it
It has an amazing fragrance and made from natural ingredients like papaya which has vitamin c for the growth of the skin.

Where to get it and the cost
You can get it in local shops,beauty shops and supermarkets. It costs about 800(6.7steem)NGN
Alternative
My alternative is the Hala soup, you can also get it from the same place. It costs 250NGN(2.1steem)

CONCLUSION
