Hello my fellow steemians, how are you all doing today? it's a bright and lovely day and I wish everyone a blissful and blessed day. I want to say a big thank you to the community @steemit, @steemalive for the a moment like this. I came across this contest and decided to partake because it grants me an open floor to share with the community.

I will be talking about my city and it's means of transportation. I reside in Port Harcourt River State to be precise. it is a very busy and beautiful city which attracts people from all over the nation. Port Harcourt City also known as PH city, is one of the most biggest and busy town in the nation and it's also known as land of opportunities due to several companies and businesses in the city.

MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION
They're several means of transportation in the city which makes movement easy for everyone to access everywhere and any location.

THE TRICYCLES
This is popularly know as Keke-napep in the nation, it's one of the most used in the state. This tricycles are not allowed in the major road(federal express road) they are mostly found on the streets and do not embark on long journey, they only maintain their route due to the union and metropolitan zone they registered with, it contains only four passengers which is 3 at the back seat and one in the front seat just next to the driver. it is an easy means of transportation and most people prefer using it because the tricycle can take you to your door step no matter where, else there is no good road to you resident. its affordable and saves time. most of the tricycle riders tend to be very stubborn and rude therefore not ready to obey the laws that governs the road which ends up putting them into trouble with either the law officer of have casualties which sometimes takes life or causes damages.

THE COMMERCIAL BUSES
This means of transportation is mainly and commonly found in the express road, unlike the tricycles (keke-napep) they're two different types of buses in the city which are the keke-bus(mini bus) and the bigger one.the mini bus, the (keke-bus) can also operate on the same route with the tricycle depending on the population there and it contains 8 passengers. people prefer using the keke-napep cus it easy going meanwhile you have to wait in the bus cue with the driver until the bus is filled with passengers before you move, this is very different with the tricycle. same is applicable to the big bus, the only difference is that the big bus covers a longer distance and it contains 12-14 passengers, it consumes a lot of time cus the bus has to pull over several times in quest for passengers which may cause delay in your journey. it has a discount due to the number of passengers it contains unlike the keke-napep.

THE COMMERCIAL TAXI
The taxi uses both the major and minor routes but prefer the major ones since it generate more income leaving the minor road for the tricycle riders. it contains 5 passengers that's 3 behind and 2 in the front seat. You can hire a taxi for the whole day depending on your activities for the day, all you have to do is pay for the entire day service. The taxi also render the services as the tricycle and buses, unlike the tricycles the taxi can take take you to any route within and outside your metropolitan area.

BOLT
This is a VIP means of transportation, it is more convenient because all you need to do is book a bolt, it can be an SUV, Sport car or any good looking and sound car. it's just like booking a flight were we have the economy, business and first class. It is reliable and trusted since everything has to go through a particular platform which is an app in you phone. Your bill depends on where you're and location headed. the bolt goes with only you and your friend if any, no additional passenger(s). it is expensive not like every other means of transportation in the city but very convenient and safer to use
