Hello everyone, welcome to the play ground. As you all know, this is early morning and the best time for exercise, you can agree with me that exercise has many advantages which includes; controlling weight, reduce heart disease, control sugar level, etc.

As i proceed, i will be explaining to you all the meaning of exercise and more importance of it to our well being.

What is exercise?

Exercise is any movemont that makes your body work and requires your body to burn calories. It can also be said to as physical activity that is planned, structured and repetitive for the purpose of conditioning the body.

Importance of exercise of exercise

Exercise has many importance, therefore, we should try our possible best to engage to it. Some of the importance include;

  • It protect against chronic diseases
  • Lower blood presure and improve heart health
  • Improve our memory and brain function
  • Control cholesterol
  • Deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues and help your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.

NOTE: When your heart and lungs health improve, you have more energy to tacle your daily chores.

How do i do my exercise?

I do my own exercise at home although not always. But since i leave upstairs, i run and climb stair case up and runs down.

How often do i do exercise?

I dont engage in exercise often. The time i did it often was only the time i was diagnosed of cholesterol and fat in the heart last year. The doctor recommended i do exercise more often therefore, i did it like say tomorrow no de. So coupled with the medications i was receiving then, i became ok. Since then till now, i havnt engage much in exercise.

Why am recommending my exercise?

Any time am doing my exrcise, the exercise i do always involve my hands, legs, waist, back etc if not all part of my body. It burns fat faster. Although the begining is not easy, but when you get use to it, you enjoy it more.

I recommend this exercise because it burns fat and one can excrete through heat while doing the exercise.

Conclusion

With exercise, one can stay physically fit and healthy. You can as well fight chronic diseases etc.

Doing exercise is very very good for the body. It prevents sicknesses and diseases and make you healthy to perform your duties.

As you have rightly said it is good to perform exercise everyday. Even though the beginning might be harder with time it becomes easier.

Good day, all you said about exercise is true. Exercise burns fat and can fight against chronic diseases. But i never know that exercise can fight against cholesterol. Thanks for the information

Running the stairs is a good exercise. If you do it for at least 2 times, you'll feel your heart beating fast. Keep it up @donpearl

You run and climb stairs 😅, it's a nice one especially to reduce weight but are you that fat?

Exercise is very important to keep the body active always and strong, it helps to remove so negative thinking and stress.

I once wrote that the positive effects of exercising cannot be over looked, if one must stay healthy then exercise should be adopted ,thanks for giving me reasons to keep exercising
