My Diary Game// How I Spent My Day Attending Ministers Conference Monday 24th January, 2022. 10% payout to Steemalive by @de-king

INTRODUCTION
They that dwell in the secret of the most high God shall abide His shadow.
MORNING
Last night was so stressful and full of activities. So I woke up this morning very tired but I had to thank my God for His protection and preservation which lasted for just 10 minutes. At about 7:15am, I hurried to the bathroom and had my bath, came and I dressed and I was set for the ministers Conference in my Church (Duna mis International Gospel Centre). But Conference was held outside the church auditorium because of the numerous participants.

At about 9:30qm, the Guest Speaker started preaching on "THE NEED TO HELP PEOPLE/MINISTERS GROW IN MINISTRY AND IN LIFE. He emphasized thus;
A SAD BUT UNFORTUNATE REALITY:
One of the facts you must be abreast with as you climb the ladder of success in ministry and business is the prevailing psyche of the majority of people within the territory you play.
I have seen how developed nations create enabling systems to encourage young entrepreneurs and potential investors to build and thrive

Most of the people over there don’t really care about you or the profits you make as long as you provide value to the people and economy and pay your taxes to the government. Whereas, here, everything including the systems of state engages everything to hunt you down especially when you seem not to be playing it dirty. You are literally forced into playing dirty or be shut down completely.
The people who hail you do so whilst sniffing for a loophole with which to nail you.
Those you go out of your way to help feel why must you be the one helping them. They cheer you physically while jeering you behind.

You bring your business home, your so called brothers will help the enemies without to fight it.

Someone uses his company money to build infrastructures where his business is located, people with vested interests who enjoy the status quo rise against him with everything possible to ensure he goes off the radar for daring to take the shine off them.

Early last year, a young man who had invested almost a billion Naira in setting up an industry had to abandon it to run back to Lagos. A lot of young people lost their jobs.

Another had to relocate a multi billion Naira project that would have buoyed the economy and created more jobs from one of the eastern states to Port Harcourt.

In ministry, some ministers take counsel and device devices on how to give bad press to a fellow minister or ministry. Bitter and envy sponsored competitions have replaced genuine soul targeted programs. People enjoy the rat race rather than seek for how to grow wings to fly among the eagles.

Please always remember that:
The rise of one has a lot of indirect benefits to all.
The fall of one has a lot of indirect effects on all- those losing their jobs may become armed that may kill you or your relations. They may become kidnappers that will kidnap your relations and your family may need to sell your properties for their ransom. They may become drug couriers that will sell destructive drugs to your children or relatives and they end up becoming a concern to you.

AFTERNOON
The morning session of the Ministers Conference ended at about 1:22pm where a lot of participants cue up in their numbers to gain access to the Guest Speaker on their areas of concern. I was also part of the counseling officers. The counseling session last from 12:22
Pm till 2:24pm. After the session, we prayed and I came home.
EVENING
At about 6:56, I heard my phone rang and when I picked the call it was my friend Peter Ilyia, who was calling me to come and join them to eat. I hurriedly met them where the were and we ate together.

CONCLUSION
Do not be interested in pulling people down but be interested in pushing people up.
