Am sorry about the death of your sister and Niece Emma. Pregnancy is always full of life and death. But we thank God for protecting his children. Congratulations on own part. After operating in you, you where alive with your baby girl. It's God's doing not ours.
My sister finally made it and survived after a long time on the intensive care unit, when we are pregnant my grandma says one foot is in this side (the side of life) and the other is on the death side
