Diary Game 20/08/2021
Thank you for being a part of my yesterday, welcome to today .
8am
I woke up and prayed with my family. We all knew that we would be busy today because of Papa's Burial. So after the prayers I told my bath and brushed my teeth.
10am
Not long after the morning devotion the corpse of Papa arrived. I personally didn't want to see his corpse because from a younger age I have never liked seeing the dead because of my mental stability and all.
12am
I stood in the burial mass as I saw my little cousins holding hands as the watched as they lowered the coffin into the ground. It's so sad how they can be able to understand death at such a tender age. I stood there as I made peace that I would never see this man again. And this man will never walk on this plan of existence again.
2pm
We prepared to recieve guests that came for the ceremony. The event was held in a school field in my village community with many people in attendance. I took a seat and enjoyed myself with my cup full of sweet palm wine.
6pm
By this time, the burial had ended and we shared pictures with family and friends. The burial was a success and we laid Papa to rest, Glory be to God. I was tired and went home.
9pm
