Steemalive contest: My three square meal on a typical day

Greetings steemians, hello community. So about my feeding on a normal day. Sometimes I eat more than three times, lol and on other days, it's once. All depending on my mood and feeling at that time. Anyways, I hope you all are doing great and saving more steem for better days ahead? 😁

Mayonnaise spread on bread with tea

This is usually my breakfast on a typical day and when I mean that, I mean working days. Because on days like this, I have to wake early to meet up with daily chores and still have more time to get to work early. So the surest meal to have at that time is this.
To get this me costs me roughly;
• Bread - #150 or 15steem
• Tea(sachet milk and powdered chocolate) - #250 or 25steem
• Sugar - #50 or 5steem
TOTAL = #450 or 45steem

Noodles and fried eggs

A quick meal containing carbohydrate, fat, protein and other necessary vitamins for lunch.
Noddles - #300 or 30steem
Eggs - #150 or 15steem
TOTAL = #450 or 45steem

Fruits

OK most of the time, I skip dinner or I eat my lunch as a late one. Reason's I usually experience heartburn after a meal late in the night before bed. Depending on what is available, I eat a two servings or three so I mostly buy enough like six mangoes or more. Six costs #400 or 40steem depending on the size

Preparation for lunch

INGREDIENTS
•Crumbled noodles
•Fresh red pepper
•Whisked eggs

COOKING PROCEDURE
•Get a pot of just enough water and place on heat to boil.
•Grate red pepper. Add to boiling water
•Add crumbled noodles and seasoning
•Cover and allow to cook. Take off from heat when noodles is done.
•Oil a frying pan just enough for frying the whisked eggs.
•Whisked eggs should contain some seasoning, pepper and other stuff as you please
•Pour into the frying pan. Allow to fry till egg's brown a little.
•Dish out noodles and eggs.
