Honestly your choices are very good because they will have a positive effects in the human society especially that of your son becoming a gynecologist many women have problem during pregnancy because we don't have well educated gynecologist some give wrong diagnosis and problems keeps escalating, so I buy your idea.
Some of them just practice it without going to school and that's why problems keep escalating.
Practice what please
Most doctors and nurses go for learning the skill without passing through getting a degree for it.
