Generally Speaking, mental health includes everything like our social well-being, our emotions, physiologically and more. It affects our thinking, feeling and acting in any way. It helps us determine how we make choices, handles stress and relates to others. It is very important at every stage of life, from childhood through adulthood.

In any stage of life, if you experience mental health related problems, your mood, thinking and behavior could affect you seriously.

Many factors that contribute to your mental health problems are as follows:

  • Life experiences such as trauma, being bullied in any stage of life, being in isolation for too long.
  • History of mental health problems in family like in bloodline
  • It could in genes such as in brain chemistry, thinking, biological factors.
    People think that mental health problems have no hope but they are wrong, help is available.

People with mental health conditions can get better with complete recovery over time.
