THE DIARY GAME SEASON 3: Saturday March 06- 2021 DIARY BY @analee (SET AT 100% POWER UP)

Hello stemians,
It's Saturday again and it was a whole lot of fun for me today..
I woke up this morning by 5:30 am . I did my morning devotion for 1hour. I was excited as I had believed God that the outreach I was going for in the morning was already a success.
After my devotion, I brushed my teeth, had my bath and dressed up to rush to the market to get some provisions for the outreach.
I left my phone in the house to charge because I couldn't afford to miss capturing the exciting moment I would have later on at the orphanage.
At 8:15am I was at market close to my house. I purchased the things I needed to buy. I got back to the house by 9:20am

When I got back I washed my face and leg and wore my outfit for the outreach ; a black polo t-shirt, a jean on Snickers. I was set to go forget outreach. I boarded a tricycle to convey me and the goods to the location. I got to the outreach location by 9:40am.

I met one of the volunteers there already . We had to wait for the others to come.
Everyone arrived. It was my responsibility as the coordinator of the outreach in Lagos to organize everything. After I addressed everyone . I collated the gift brought together and we took pictures with a book titled "CONCEIVED BEFORE CONCEPTION" written by my friend Emerald Akinjayeju. This outreach held in three locations Akure, ondo and Lagos.

We started the outreach by 11 :03am. We sang , preached to them and gave a summary of the book. This less privileged, with disabilities were so happy to have us around. They also have a need to be loved and cared for.

The outreach ended at 12:10pm. We were so excited.

The volunteers took pictures and exchange pleasantries. It was all looking as though we had met before. They are just amazing.

Although some of the volunteers were my friend back then in Nasarawa state where I did my youth service. It was an opportunity to connect with them again.

I got back to the house by 2:10 pm, I was so hungry . I didn't take breakfast I only ate snacks at the outreach.
My sister had made boiled plantain and vegetable. I enjoyed it.

At 4:pm I left the house heading to church for choir rehearsal. It was an awesome time.
I got back to the house by 7pm. I was so tired and hungry.
At 8:00pm. I freshened up, took my dinner and slept.
