Hello friends, how are you doing today, I hope you are having a good day?.
Yesterday being 30th of December, in the morning I woke up, had my morning worship with my family, we had our breakfast, then I decided to do some house chores. After some minutes my mum's phone rang and we were surprised to see that it is my uncle who have not visited us for some years now. My mum picked the call and my uncle said that he is visiting with his wife. I and my mum was thinking of what we will serve them when they come, so we decided to cook vegetable soup for them since it will be easy and fast, so I rushed to the farm, get some veggies (pumpkin leaf and water leaf). Below was the method I used to prepare the meal

Ingredients and Recipe I used.

1. Dry fish/stock fish
   2)canda
2. crefish
3. periwinkles
4. chillies,red oil, onions and salt.
5. pumpkin leaf and water leaf.

procedures I used.

I cut my pumpkin leaf and kept it aside, I also cut my water leaf and dry the water, then I steamed my canda,dry fish, stock fish and meat all together. After some minutes,I put my dried water leaf, add my crefish and periwinkles and turn it properly, I also added my salt, chillies and turn it together. After some minutes I put my pumpkin leaf and add enough red oil to it and turn everything together, leave it for just 2 minutes, then my vegetable soup became ready.
I served the soup to my uncle and his wife when they arrived, after eating they were very very happy to spend some time with us. When the night was approaching they decided to start heading home because of their little kids at home so I helped them to reach the place they will find vehicle easily. I came back home and decided to use the moment as my diarypost.
